In 2025, KCLG partnered with Leila McDougall, Yackandandah Landcare, Indigo Shire Council, North-East CMA and AgBiz Assist to deliver a screening of Just a Farmer in Yackandandah, a film putting a spotlight on mental health and suicide awareness in rural communities.
Landcare is an important avenue for social connection, meeting new people, and supporting the general well-being of our farmers, landholders, and community. Our activities are inclusive, and we welcome everyone to come along! We also promote and support mental health and well-being initiatives through our communication platforms and encourage anyone needing support to reach out.
